Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at telecommunication sites, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with on-site teams. Additional tasks include ensuring compliance with safety protocols, managing resources efficiently, and reporting on project progression to senior management. The Site Supervisor will also handle scheduling, plan layout, and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution. Qualifications Experience in Site Supervision, Project Management, and Resource Management Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control processes Technical understanding of telecommunication systems and equipment Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and evolving environment Relevant certifications or degrees in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields Previous experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus Proficiency with project management tools and software Location: Jalandhar (First few months) after that Uttar Pradesh or Haryana or Punjab Working Hours: 7 Days a Week from 8 am to 6:30pm Salary: In-hand per month will be INR20,000 to INR25,000. In addition to the basic salary the candidate will get food allowance, travel allowance, petrol reimbursement and accommodation Additional Requirement (Optional): Candidate who agree to bring their own two wheelers will be given higher priority; such candidates will also get service cost reimbursement for the regular service of their two-wheeler.
