You will be responsible for overseeing the O&M contract services business operations for copper and zinc contractual projects. This will involve providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership to manage the P&L of a 300 Cr business focusing on O&M Service Contracts for mineral and metal plants all over India, including zinc, aluminium, cement, and other sites. You will be tasked with setting up an architecture comprising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to enhance the reliability and safety of plant equipment and machinery. Your objective will be to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of Plant Operations, reduce downtime, and enhance the operational effectiveness of equipment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of supporting businesses in achieving bottom-line impact and gaining a competitive advantage. You should be skilled in developing innovative strategies to drive competitive growth and establish business superiority that exceeds expectations. With over 20 years of experience in Strategy Planning for O&M Contracts outsourcing, including creating preventive maintenance schedules that lead to improved reliability and safety of plant equipment and machinery, you should be well-versed in metallurgy and large plant O&M. Your primary focus will be on driving operational excellence, efficiency, and safety across multiple projects. You will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of O&M services while adhering to quality standards and timelines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to align business objectives with operational strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
