Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Navi Mumbai. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance & repair, troubleshooting, and providing field service for automated curtain, blind, and shutter solutions. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and rectifying issues, ensuring optimal functioning of the products, and assisting with installation processes. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently. Qualifications Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting Experience with Field Service and Customer Service Ability to provide excellent customer support and address client concerns efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technical diploma or equivalent experience in a related field Experience in the home automation or related industry is a plus
