As an Electronics & Communication Engineer specialized in Automation, you will be responsible for working with various PLC systems such as Siemens S7300, S1200 TIA, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi. Your tasks will include axis referencing, adjusting servo motor gains, and installing VFDs, AC-DC motors, Induction motors, and starters. Additionally, you will be involved in the installation and retrofitting of machines, as well as wiring Control Panels, PLCs, HT, and LT panels. Your role will also require hands-on experience with Windows ERP systems and expertise in Electronic & Electrical Panel design, troubleshooting, and fault resolution. You will manage Electrical and Electronics spare parts, create BOMs for Control Panels, and work with components such as relay logic, contactors, OLRs, MCBs, MCCBs, sensors, drives, and limit switches. Furthermore, you will be expected to have knowledge of HV & LV SWITCHGEAR, data sheets, UPS systems, electrical and piping layouts, and power system studies. Familiarity with MCCs and various starters like forward reverse, DOL, and Star delta is essential. You should also possess expertise in determining input and output counts for SCADA & PLC systems and be proficient in working with control instruments like proximity sensors, limit switches, encoders, HMDs, thermocouples, flowmeters, pressure transmitters, RTDs, and pyrometers. Your strong knowledge of I/O definitions, panel wiring, troubleshooting I/P Converters, and maintaining electrical systems will be crucial in this role. Your understanding of electrical machine power systems, plant maintenance, and alternative current drives will also be valuable.
