Our holistic approach ensures every project is cohesive, meticulously crafted, and tailored to client needs. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer's to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore (Jakkur & Hosur) . The ideal candidates will oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, coordinate with stakeholders, and uphold the high standards of craftsmanship that define Oli Crafts LLP. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage on-site construction activities Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and design teams Monitor and maintain quality control standards Ensure timelines, safety protocols, and project specifications are met Provide problem-solving support and maintain detailed site documentation Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in interior and residential projects Strong background in on-site supervision and project management Proficiency in quality control practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality work and want to be part of a design-driven, collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
