Role Description Manages the Project process and work with Perfumers to develop and focus creative ideas. Interpreting client briefs and setting the general fragrance direction for Perfumer(s) Set up action plans for important briefs with clear schedules and ensure that the best fragrances are offered Define fragrances for consumer market research, translate results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers Collaborate and maintain contact with other development centres for perfume briefs Contribute to winning briefs by bringing creative solutions to meet customer needs Collaborate with relevant marketing & sales professionals to keep abreast of trends & customer requirements Be aware of global India, Russia, Africa, Middle East, trends in Beauty, fashion, culture to be able to present trends that impact fragrances & consumer behavior. Perquisites:- Must Graduate in Science (Cosmetic / Perfumery / Fragrances) or Post Graduate / PGD in Perfumery / Fragrance / Cosmetics At least 6 - 10 years of relevant experience In-depth knowledge in one or more categories/market segments Excellent project management skills.
