Responsibilities: Handle incoming patient calls and share pricing details. Pass confirmed leads to the delivery/operations team. Confirm and track patient payments. Coordinate demos and follow up with patients. Update Tally & Zoho with payment status regularly. Requirements: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred). Basic knowledge of Tally/Zoho (training can be given). Organized, reliable, and patient-focused.
