Manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, and compliance records. Compensation & Benefits Handles complete payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepares and verifies bank files for smooth salary disbursement. Exit & Offboarding Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. Ensure timely clearance, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
