The role focuses on developing and delivering structured training programs that align with business goals and improve sales effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver structured training programs for new and existing sales team members. Conduct onboarding sessions covering product, process, compliance, and customer handling. Create engaging content: role-plays, case studies, and real-time scenarios. Provide on-field coaching and shadowing to improve conversion rates. Conduct regular refresher sessions to reinforce learning and introduce new techniques. Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Identify training needs through TNA in collaboration with Sales and HR teams. Ensure regional language delivery for better comprehension where applicable. Continuously update training content based on market trends and sales strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Total Experience: 5–7 years Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales + 3 years in Sales Training Industry Preference: Housing Finance, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Automobile Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Marketing Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory Key Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills Excellent presentation and storytelling ability Coaching mindset and high emotional intelligence Ability to translate complex ideas into practical techniques Analytical approach to measure training ROI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Training coverage and attendance Improvement in sales KPIs post-training Onboarding ramp-up efficiency Training assessment and certification results Feedback from trainees and sales leadership Reduction in performance gaps across teams
