Thorough knowledge of tele sales techniques, including cold calling, lead qualification, overcoming objections, and closing sales over the phone. Strong presentation and facilitation skills to conduct effective training sessions. Ability to coach and mentor individuals to improve their performance and achieve their goals. Experience in designing and developing engaging and effective training materials. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with trainees and stakeholders. Ability to identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them. Flexibility to adapt training methods to different learning styles and evolving business needs. Responsibilities: Conducting engaging training sessions on insurance products, sales techniques, communication skills, objection handling, and compliance for tele sales agents. This can include new hire training, refresher courses, and specialized training for new products or campaigns. Designing and updating training materials, including presentations, scripts, manuals, and e-learning modules, to ensure they are accurate, effective, and aligned with company policies and industry regulations. Providing individual and team coaching to tele sales agents to improve their sales performance, product knowledge, and adherence to quality standards. This includes conducting call monitoring and feedback sessions. Identifying training needs by observing agent performance, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders. Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, performance metrics, and feedback, and providing reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement. Working closely with HR, sales management, and quality assurance teams to ensure training aligns with overall business objectives and quality standards. Keeping abreast of changes in insurance products, industry regulations, and tele sales best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant. Utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to deliver and track training. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment to motivate trainees and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
