Job description: Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees Stay updated with the best training methods and modules Plan and implement an effective training curriculum Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module Should train fresher's and existing employees in a batch-wise manner Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees Review training needs monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress Job Requirements: Must have experience in training multiple and large batches Should have a clear understanding of the Trainer role and must have Proven Coaching abilities Should have strong exposure on TNA/TNI Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs Desired profile: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
