Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Chandigarh. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, and effectively communicating the value propositions of our company with an acute understanding of business concepts, good logical & analytical skills, reasonable command of Internet concepts and a penchant for interacting with international clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. He/She should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering impactful Presentations Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Relevant work experience in business development or a similar role is a plus Person should have prior 2+ years working experience with an IT Service company. Should have hands-on working experience on bidding channels majorly Upwork & Clutch. Should be able to write proposals and cover letters according to the client's requirements. Should have exposure working and generating business in International Market. Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Should have sound knowledge of IT terminologies. Should have the ability to analyze business challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same. Should gather insights for the technical team, negotiate and conclude deals. Should have the ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
