Role & responsibilities 1.Sales Order Collection -Visit retailers, distributors, and wholesalers regularly to collect sales orders. 2. Payment Collection -Ensure clients submit payments as per agreed terms.Track outstanding dues and coordinate closely with the finance team to resolve them. 3.Market Area Knowledge -Be well-informed about your assigned territory (e.g., towns, villages, retail clusters). Identify market demand trends, competitive activity, and any gaps in stock availability. 4. Sales Growth & Targets -Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. 5. Reporting & Coordination -Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales and payment reports. 6. Customer Service- Address queries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure good service levels to boost customer loyalty. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred). Experience: 15 years in edible oil (including mustard oil) sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good organizational habits, time management, and reliability. Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and/or CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Summary: The Oil Procurement and Sales Officer is responsible for sourcing petroleum products, negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement contracts, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the oil and gas market, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a track record in both procurement and B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Responsibilities: Source and negotiate procurement of crude oil and refined petroleum products (e.g., diesel, petrol, lubricants). Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers. Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain logistics. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procurement policies. Coordinate import and export activities, including shipping, customs clearance, and logistics. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Sales Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and secure new customers (e.g., industrial clients, distributors, resellers). Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing structures. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs. Collaborate with the finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Petroleum Engineering, or related field. 0-5 years of experience in oil procurement and/or sales within the energy any sector. Strong knowledge of petroleum market dynamics, trading regulations, and logistics. Proven negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Performance Indicators: Cost efficiency in procurement. Sales volume and revenue growth. Customer acquisition and retention rates. Compliance with procurement and safety standards. *Travel expenses covered by the company.
