Job Details Description Job Title: Draughtsman Function Engineering Job Holder Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai Level M4 Reports To Engineering Manager and Design Engineer Reportees Position Summary: Draughtsman is responsible for supporting Engineering Manager and assist to Sr. Draughtsman for the India office’s operational efficiency by ensuring that adequate support is provided at all stages of crane manufacturing. He will be responsible for the maintenance of all part numbers and drawings pertaining to all existing & proposed crane projects. The job holder is responsible for providing support in product development as per customer specification and applicable code requirements. Generation of drawings and part numbers coordination with other departments is the essentials of this position. Key Responsibilities Check the sketches given by design engineer and ensure the availability of sufficient and necessary details. Drawing the final drawings in the AUTOCAD as per the instructions Run a self-check list for the drawings to ensure that there are no errors in the drawing Submit the final drawings to checker/design engineer for checking Communicate with design engineer, manager-design and various departments to get the maximum inputs Complete the drawings within the given time limit Involve in innovation and continuous product improvement Ensure that QMS is being followed. Job Details Description Position Summary: The position holder will assist the Sr. Engineer quality in setting up systems and processes for the quality control function.
