Job Title: Technician (Hydraulics) Function: Field Services Job Holder: Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai Level: M5 Reports to: Manager- Service Reportees: Position Summary: The Technician– Services (Hydraulics) ensures that all the customer concerns & service jobs are addressed in time. The person will be responsible for executing the service jobs from hydraulics side for executing service projects (Offshore & Onshore both). Key Responsibilities: Trouble shooting in various Hydraulic Equipment’s in offshore and onshore as well Overhauling, maintenance of various Hydraulic Equipment’s Periodically routine job in according to OEM recommendation Repair and maintains Hydraulic Equipment’s ensuring smooth flow of operations. Diagnoses trouble disassembles Hydraulic Equipment’s and examines parts for defects and excessive wear. Reconditioning and replacing parts such as hydraulic valves, hoses, filters, etc. Preparing DPR’s Adherence to all safety and quality procedure laid down by the organization. Person Specifications: PROFILE: A person who has good experience of handling services from the Hydraulics side. He should have experience in working of hydraulics areas. Must have Qualifications: ITI /Diploma/Mechanical Experience: Should have min 5 to 6 years exp if ITI and 2 to 4 years’ experience if Diploma in crane Manufacturing or Heavy Engineering Should have working knowledge of Hydraulic equipment’s Competencies:- Functional Behavioral Customer service Documentation procedures on Quality API Q1- 9th edition API-RP-2C & 2D Crane Inspection Hydraulics Awareness of Crane Electricals Crane Operating Offshore Safety Preparing DPR’s Knowledge about Computers Winch repairing Gear Box Knowledge of Crane Assembly. Job Title: Welder Function: Production Job Holder: Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai Level: M4 Reports to: Supervisor- Fabrication Reportees: Position Summary: Welding as per procedure and instruction by supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Select correct current rating, electrode size and type applicable to work at hand. Tack weld materials in place. Complete weld according to the specifications. Operate hand held flame cutting torches to cut, heat or "wash away" steel. Responsible to handle safety in the workshop environment and the correct use of safety equipment’s Repairs, alters and/or fabricates a large variety of metal tools, equipment, machinery, furnishings, fixtures and structural components by the use of oxygen-acetylene, heli-arc and/or elect arc-welding equipment and techniques; sharpens and tempers tools. Read and interpret construction or welding blueprints and sketches; makes material and time estimates. Maintains records of shop activities use of consumables and record expenditure in Job cards Maintain records as per QMS Person Specifications: PROFILE: Must have Qualifications: ITI – Welder or ITI- Mechanical or Undergraduate Experience: If ITI Welder or Mech 8 to 10 years, .where welding processes are involved, preferably in the Crane Manufacturing or Engineering Industry where heat exchangers, boilers and pressure vessels are manufactured. Competencies:- Functional Behavioral Problem identification skills.
