About the Role:-

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Oil Refinery Incharge to oversee daily refinery operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain smooth production workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in refinery management and a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day refinery operations
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting
• Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation
• Lead and train operational staff
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Minimum 3 years of experience in oil refinery operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of refinery processes, equipment, and safety protocols
• Ability to lead teams and manage shift operations
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field (preferred).
