Oil Distributor Operator (Class B CDL)

As an Oil Distributor Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating equipment used in paving road beds, parking lots, or airport runways and taxiways. Your main duties will include setting up and taking down fresh oil and signage, assisting with traffic control, loading and offloading bituminous liquid asphalt, spraying asphalt according to project specifications, regulating temperatures and flow rates, conducting daily maintenance checks and minor repairs, and operating equipment in adherence to safety procedures. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working on a paving crew, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and hold a Class B Commercial Driver's License with Tanker endorsements. Additional education in this field will be considered a plus. You are expected to have a thorough understanding of various aspects of the paving industry and different paving equipment, along with strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a team environment. Being able to bend, crouch, and stand for extended periods is essential, and having reliable transportation is a must.
