Role Description We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can be the friendly, reliable, and empathetic voice of Oikos. You’ll support our growing community of conscious consumers and partners, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of authenticity, clarity, and care. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social platforms. Provide clear, accurate information about our sustainable products and services. Handle feedback and complaints with empathy and problem-solving focus. Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to improve customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Identify common trends or concerns and share insights to enhance our offerings. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or sustainability-focused environments). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk). A passion for sustainability, conscious living, and helping people make better choices. Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when engaging with customers.
