Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Li-Ion Battery Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments . Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers in C&I segments. Develop and execute strategies to replace VRLA with Li-Ion battery systems . Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (facility managers, plant heads, procurement teams). Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends. Provide tailored energy storage solutions based on customer requirements. Work closely with the technical and product teams to provide the best-fit solutions. Educate clients on the total cost of ownership (TCO) and ROI benefits of Li-Ion over traditional backup solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in sales of Li-Ion batteries, energy storage, power backup, or renewable energy solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics) or MBA in Sales/Marketing Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Li-Ion battery technology, BMS, and applications in C&I, and data centers . Networking & Relationship Management: Strong network with decision-makers in relevant industries. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience in Energy Storage Systems (ESS) deployment. Knowledge of DG set replacement strategies . Familiarity with government incentives/subsidies for energy storage solutions.

Oversee administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, facility management, stock management, third-party resource management, general administration, end-to-end vendor management handling incoming calls, and maintaining office organisation. Timely collection and submission of utility bills to accounts department. Assist HR in handling the basic recruitment process & oversee documentation.
