About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Product Development Engineer to join our team. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for designing, prototyping, testing, and launching innovative mechanical products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance, cost, and quality targets. Key Responsibilities Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to production. Support product launch activities, including documentation and field trials. Manage product lifecycle changes in PLM systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 1–4 years of experience in product development or design engineering. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience in automotive, industrial equipment or large industries. Exposure to the PLM Systems
