Stay away from their project. Smartly they will cheat you. They will show different plan in brachure and after more then 1 month of booking you will get agreement will diffrent plan. And agreement made in favour of devloper. Beware. Stay away from orchard 126. Agarpara. Go for Pratham Dhoot if you want to buy a flat in B.T. Road

It's really pathetic, can't imagine within 2 years time entire floor tiles came out from the floor.staffs are very ride and doesn't know how to spek. No resolution despite repeated complaints.
