Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant - Sales Location: Ithum Tower, Sector - 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales & Operations Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and customer-centric Senior Travel Sales Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client travel needs, crafting customized itineraries, managing bookings, and providing end-to-end sales support. This role involves strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with clients via phone, email, or in-person to understand their travel requirements and offer personalized solutions. Itinerary Customization: Design travel plans tailored to the customers preferences, budget, and travel style - domestic and international. CRM Handling: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, bookings, and customer preferences using the company CRM system. Sales Support: Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on inquiries, and assist with post-sale support to ensure conversion and retention. Invoicing & Payments: Generate invoices, track payments, and liaise with the finance team for billing and reconciliation. Booking Management: Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and activity providers to confirm travel arrangements and negotiate competitive pricing. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently work towards and meet assigned sales targets through effective lead conversion and upselling. Vendor Coordination: Communicate with service vendors to ensure seamless delivery of travel services. Market Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and packages to better advise customers. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 3 to 6 years in travel sales, customer service, or B2C/B2B travel consulting. CRM Experience: Familiarity with using CRM software for managing leads and pipeline tracking. Sales & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach and customer-first mindset. Itinerary Planning Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create detailed, cost-effective travel plans. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of booking platforms and travel tools is an advantage. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Capable of managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and bookings with precision and efficiency. Preferred Attributes: Enthusiasm for travel and destination expertise. Proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
