Job Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support sales efforts across the different geographies. This role is focused on lead generation, client engagement, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in enterprises, consultancy firms, and staffing agencies. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Schedule and conduct discovery calls and client meetings. Collaborate with the Sales Head, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams to develop customised solutions. Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal closures. Maintain client relationships, address concerns, and ensure post-sales satisfaction. Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Who Should Apply? 58 years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in IT Services Sales, Offshoring, or Managed IT Services. Experience working with overseas clients (UK/US markets preferred). B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or IT; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of IT services, offshore support, and software solutions. Experience in staffing or IT consultancy sales is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet sales targets.
