The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and optimize digital files for print production. Create and apply clipping masks, cut paths, bleeds, and finishing marks. Tile, layer, resize, and nest artwork while maintaining image resolution. Ensure accuracy in scaling graphics and measuring within scaled artwork. Proof and error-check files for resolution, bleeds, safety margins, and template constraints. Adjust designs for printer limitations and different print methods. Review and proof artwork on photos at scale for accuracy and clarity. Verify readability and adjust designs for cutting size constraints. Collaborate with clients, designers, and production teams to clarify requirements and recommend adjustments. Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and quality control. Manage multiple projects within tight timelines and firm deadlines. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly via email or phone. Prepare print-ready files using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Esko ArtPro/DeskPack. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Acrobat.
