Offset Printing Graphic Designer

You are a creative Offset Printing Graphic Designer with experience in graphic design, offset printing, and packaging design. Your role involves designing packaging materials such as boxes and labels, ensuring print-readiness for offset printing, using software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, maintaining branding consistency, and staying updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of packaging solutions for mono cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated boxes, and paper bags, focusing on offset printing. - Expertise in creating and working with Keyline Drawings (KLD), ensuring that designs align with the structural and functional integrity of packaging formats. - Oversee the pre-press process, ensuring proper margins, bleed, color separations, and layout accuracy for print readiness. - Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all designs meet technical specifications for offset printing and are optimized for production. - Manage the post-press process, ensuring high-quality finishing techniques like UV drip-off, foiling, embossing, and other specialty finishes are achieved. - Prepare print-ready files using software like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Ensure strict quality control throughout the production process, focusing on accurate color reproduction, sharpness, and layout precision. - Handle multiple design projects at once, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality. - Stay updated on the latest trends in packaging design and printing technology, incorporating new innovations into the design process. - Work from the corporate office in Gurgaon, maintaining close communication with the production and management teams. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in offset printing and packaging design.
