The project aims to plant approximately 12 million trees on community and private farmer land and is in its 2nd year of plantation. Climate Impact Partners makes and manages long term investments in development projects in return for verified emissions reductions (VERs). We work closely with project implementation partners who implement project activities on the ground, bringing our expertise and oversight to ensure that projects are designed, setup, and managed to deliver the expected volume of high-integrity VERs and other impacts. The projects are predominantly nature-based solutions projects in emerging markets. Our project partners range from local NGOs to private companies. The role is based in Madhya Pradesh State, India, as a MRV & Nursery Officer, will be reporting to Climate Impact Partners whilst supporting our project partner and Climate Impact Partners in project coordination. The role has 2 main areas of responsibility: coordinating the digital monitoring, reporting and verification (dMRV) & Nursery Operations Management. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing systems to monitor, report, and verify the progress and impact of afforestation activities. We are currently looking for a passionate and detail-driven Packaging Designer to join our growing team. Role Overview: As a Packaging Designer at Madlyn, you’ll play a critical role in bringing packaging concepts to life across materials like paper, MDF, rigid boxes , and more. You must have hands-on experience with CorelDRAW and Adobe Suite , along with a deep understanding of printing techniques and material behavior . This is a production-heavy role where precision and technical knowledge are essential. Key Responsibilities: Design innovative packaging across various formats and materials. Create accurate Key Line Drawings (KLDs) and custom dielines. Prepare print-ready files with proper print guidelines including bleeds, Pantone codes, embossing, UV, etc. Work closely with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure execution accuracy. Stay updated with the latest trends in packaging materials, finishes, and printing techniques. Maintain brand consistency across various packaging formats and SKUs. Work on branding and packaging for major brands and product launches. Requirements: Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) . Strong understanding of printing techniques – offset, flexo, digital, screen printing. In-depth knowledge of paper types, board grades, MDF, corrugated, and other structural packaging materials . Ability to develop unique packaging structures and understand the technicalities of physical prototypes. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and file management skills. Prior experience in working with print vendors and production teams is a must.
