About the Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Engineering Recruiter to manage recruitment efforts for our core engineering divisions. This role requires experience in sourcing and hiring professionals across mechanical, civil, electrical, manufacturing, construction, and other engineering domains , with a strong ability to identify specialized technical talent. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand specific technical hiring requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer closures. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, engineering forums . Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future projects. Evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and organizational fit. Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire . Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and certification requirements in engineering roles. Roles Typically Hired Mechanical Engineers (Design, R&D, Maintenance, Production) Civil Engineers (Structural, Construction, Project Engineers) Electrical & Electronics Engineers Manufacturing Engineers & Plant Supervisors Quality Engineers & Process Engineers Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial Engineers Health & Safety (HSE) and Compliance Engineers Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred: specialization in engineering recruitment). 36 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing recruitment . Proven track record of hiring core engineering professionals at various levels (junior to senior). Excellent sourcing techniques including Boolean search, networking, and offline sourcing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle high-volume hiring and niche technical positions.
