Role Overview: We are looking for a visionary Manager Marketing/Brand to lead the brand's growth journey. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a sharp understanding of consumer behavior, brand building, digital acquisition, and creative leadership . You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across all touchpoints from performance marketing to product packaging while nurturing a consistent and premium brand identity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Own and evolve the brand positioning to reinforce UNCAPs identity as a science-backed, clean beauty brand. Translate brand values into compelling narratives across campaigns, packaging, and messaging. Create and maintain detailed brand guidelines that govern tone, aesthetics, and storytelling. 2. Digital Marketing & Performance Growth Lead D2C growth through Meta/Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email, influencer marketing, and affiliate channels. Work with performance marketing teams/agencies to optimize CAC, ROAS, and retention. Oversee website strategy (Shopify), landing page performance, and CRO (conversion rate optimization). 3. Content & Creative Leadership Set the visual and content tone for all brand communications — digital, packaging, print, and social. Supervise the design and content team to deliver impactful campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations. Ensure a high level of storytelling aligned with UNCAP’s clean, minimalist visual identity. 4. Offline Retail & B2B Readiness Support brand development in modern trade, general trade, and pharmacy outlets. Oversee the creation of product collaterals, in-store communication (banners, danglers, displays), and scheme rollouts. Partner with sales teams to build effective regional marketing plans. 5. Leadership & Team Development Build and lead a high-performance marketing team (content, design, digital, brand). Work closely with Founders, Product, and Sales leadership to align cross-functional goals. Hire and mentor junior marketers, graphic designers, and agency partners. 6. Market Intelligence & Product Launches Drive customer insight programs (surveys, interviews, trends) to guide product innovation and positioning. Plan 360 go-to-market strategies for new product launches and rebrands. Continuously benchmark against top D2C and global skincare brands. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 5 –12 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a consumer brand (Beauty, wellness, lifestyle, FMCG or premium D2C) Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or Communications preferred Brand Sense: Strong aesthetic sense with exposure to premium/minimalist brand ecosystems Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and lifecycle marketing Execution Skills: Balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution Tools: Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.

This role includes modernizing the digital retail process and driving online sales performance Principal Accountabilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy aligned with Glow’s brand vision and revenue goals. • Plan and implement online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales initiatives. • Own and manage the P&L of the e-commerce division, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets. • Monitor key performance metrics across digital channels to optimize conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention. • Oversee the daily operations of Glow’s website, including design, navigation, content, and checkout experience. • Manage product on boarding, promotional activities, and compliance with e-commerce standards. • Lead two core verticals—Sales & Marketing (including Digital Marketing)—and coordinate closely with back-office, Offline Retail, and Technical teams for smooth execution of strategies. • Oversee product assortment, pricing, and visual merchandising plans for the online store. • Set and enforce service standards related to packaging, delivery, returns, and refunds for online orders. • Liaise with customer service teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues, upholding brand reputation. • Track and analyze data on sales, web traffic, customer behavior, and campaign ROI. • Provide actionable insights and performance reports to assist senior management in strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with Offline Retail, Technical team and back office teams like merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and logistics. • Manage customer segmentation through CRM tools. • Utilize Customer Data Platform (CDP) insights to develop use cases for boosting conversion rates, acquiring new customers, and improving retention. • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement. • Coordinate with the Technical team to implement UI/UX enhancements and functionality upgrades as required. • Accountable for meeting e-commerce sales targets and business objectives. • Execute data-driven campaigns focused on increasing ROI and ROAS. • Strategize e-commerce-specific marketing initiatives in alignment with brand marketing efforts. • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure cohesive and impactful communication across channels.
