We are seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute traditional and digital marketing strategies, support sales initiatives, and contribute to brand building across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with company goals, conducting market research to identify trends and competitor insights, coordinating and managing marketing events, promotions, and branding activities, collaborating with the sales team to generate leads, creating marketing materials, and monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in communication, team management, marketing strategy & campaign planning, market research & competitor analysis, event planning & coordination, lead generation & sales support, communication & presentation skills, branding and offline promotions, and knowledge of digital tools. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
