Officer-MSBI (SSIS/SSRS) Developer

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst position is an intermediate level role where you will be responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Based in India, you will be reporting directly to the team lead. Your responsibilities will include developing projects based on detailed business requirements, creating T SQL queries/stored procedures/functions/triggers using SQL Server 2014 and 2017, understanding basic data warehousing concepts, designing/developing SSIS packages, and working on BAU JIRAs. You may also be required to develop Dashboards and Reports using SSRS and provide detailed analysis and documentation of processes and flows when necessary. Additionally, you will consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, recommend programming solutions, and analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues. To qualify for this role, you should have 4-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years in the Financial Services industry. You must possess a strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Autosys. Experience in any ETL tool, preferably SSIS, is required, and knowledge of Python can be a differentiator. You should be highly motivated, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, good knowledge of Talend, Github, database fundamentals, advanced concepts, and reporting tools like SSRS and job scheduling tools like Autosys is preferred. Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.
