Preparing Preventive maintenance of plant equipment and carry out as per schedule.

To attain routine maintenance of plant as well as break down maintenance during shift.

Training of fitter ,utility operator as per schedule .

Manpower planning & Control.

Check and review SOP as per cGMP Requirement.

Preparing shift scheduled for Fitter Utility Operator & DM Water operator.

Monitoring & Controlling Utility & Boiler.

Up grading of engineering Document .

Keeping log book record e.g.calibration preventive maintenance gauges record etc on shift & daily basis.

Break down Maintenance of equipment.
