• Working knowledge of cGMPs or other FDA/international regulatory standards. Knowledge of ICH guideline & ISO 9000 standards. ·
• Hands on experience and knowledge of engineering – Utility Function as operation and maintenance, documents and cGMP and GEP compliance.·
• Hands on experience of various Utilities as, Boiler, Thermopack, Chilled brine system chilled water system, air compressor and air dryers, nitrogen generation plant, cooling towers, water systems, purified water systems.
• Compliance of Operation efficiency utilities as per design of utility system and improvements. Energy conservation and continual improvement in the system.
• AHU/HVAC/RLAF/LAF and clean rooms compliance as qualification and validation. Basic computer knowledge MS office, ERP & SAP.
• Liasoning with statutory body as Boiler Inspector, Factory Inspector, FDA.
