Officer - Blending

Role Overview: As an Officer-Blending at Bunge in Krishnapatnam, your role is to ensure the smooth running of utility equipments and blending operations with a focus on quality and food safety. Your main responsibilities include operating and maintaining blending equipment, recording and monitoring equipment parameters, operating the refinery and blending process, following safety and food safety standards, conducting pre-shift risk assessments and tool box talks, ensuring proper utilization of manpower, sustaining 5s and housekeeping in the ammonia plant, conducting online quality checks of cold room parameters, performing regular machine health check-ups, minimizing wastage and damage, maintaining shift records and log books, and ensuring proper handover and takeover procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain blending equipment - Record and monitor equipment parameters in shifts - Operate the refinery and blending process - Follow safety, food safety standards, and HACCP standards - Conduct pre-shift risk assessment and tool box talk with the team - Ensure proper utilization of manpower - Sustain 5s and housekeeping in the ammonia plant - Ensure online quality check of cold room parameters - Perform regular machine health check-ups and maintenance as per schedule - Minimize wastage and damage in relation to oil and packing materials - Maintain shift records, log books, and proper handover procedures Qualifications Required: - ITI/Diploma - 5-8 years of experience - Sound knowledge of blending machines, PM, troubleshooting, DCS/SCADA operations, and GMP Additional Details: Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
