Officer-Automation Testing Analyst 2

The Testing Analyst 2 position at our company involves applying specialty knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. As a Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Your role will require working closely with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach. Key Responsibilities: - Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout - Work closely with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to design and implement testing scripts and plans - Conduct software quality assurance testing and quality control user acceptance tests - Create test scripts, execute them according to application requirements documentation, log defects, and retest software corrections - Document testing cases scripts for future replication and contribute to the development of test plans Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of relevant testing experience preferred - Basic knowledge of relationship databases - Knowledge of applications supporting the testing process - Demonstrated analytical skills - Ability to work independently on assigned tasks - Experience in software application testing - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience required As a Testing Analyst, you will need to demonstrate a good understanding of procedures and concepts within your technical area, as well as basic knowledge in other related areas. You are expected to make evaluative judgments based on factual information, resolve problems by selecting solutions through acquired technical experience, and have a limited but direct impact on the team and closely related teams through the quality of tasks/services provided. Additionally, you are required to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation, and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations to safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
