Job Description: Office Staff – Fintech Company Position Title: Office Staff Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Fintech Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and operational support across departments - Handle data entry, documentation and file management . - Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating logistics - Support customer service and client communication as needed - Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning - Collaborate with teams to support project execution and reporting - Perform any additional tasks assigned by management with flexibility and a positive attitude Required Skills: - Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.) - Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools used in Fintech operations - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Good communication skills – both verbal and written - Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset - Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
