Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Staff to handle day-to-day office and banking activities. The role involves supporting administrative functions, managing documents, maintaining records, and assisting in general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office files, documents, and records systematically.
  • Perform basic clerical and administrative support tasks.
  • Draft and type letters, quotations, and simple documents in MS Word.
  • Use basic internet functions for email, document uploads/downloads.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
  • Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Internet browsing.
  • Ability to write simple letters and maintain records neatly.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and willing to handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
