Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Staff to handle day-to-day office and banking activities. The role involves supporting administrative functions, managing documents, maintaining records, and assisting in general office operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain office files, documents, and records systematically. Perform basic clerical and administrative support tasks. Draft and type letters, quotations, and simple documents in MS Word. Use basic internet functions for email, document uploads/downloads. Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree. Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Internet browsing. Ability to write simple letters and maintain records neatly. Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Punctual, trustworthy, and willing to handle multiple tasks.
