Trinity International is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Recruiting Manager & Counsellor Intern. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding candidates, managing recruitment processes, and helping individuals make informed career or study decisions.

During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client interactions, and counselling sessions. Successful completion of the one month internship may lead to a full-time role with our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per month
