Office Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations. Below is a detailed description of the key responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for this role.

1. Production Management

2. Staff Coordination

4. Compliance and Reporting

5. Communication and Collaboration

6. Vendor Management

Experience and Key Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in any stream.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Experience in making Sales Performa.

Should have knowledge or working experience in advance excel like v- Lookup, Pivot Table etc.

Sales Performa, PI and PO, Excel,

Vendor management, Email drafting, Coordination with different departments etc.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

The role is typically performed in a factory setting, involving frequent interaction with production staff.
