Job Description

  • Ensuring the office is always clean and tidy and bathrooms are fully stocked with appropriate amenities and maintain a Housekeeper.
  • Organizing maintenance repairs in the office when required.
  • Ensure uninterrupted business operations not limited to electricity, water, wifi and stocks of pantry, stationary and other miscellaneous items are replenished regularly.
  • Maintaining the stationary cupboard and all other office amenities and placing orders when needed.
  • Supplier payments for office expenses in the time allocated, accurately.
  • Organizing birthday cakes, cards, and no packs anymore for employees in the office to build a positive team culture.
  • Assist in planning food transportation , gifts and organization of Christmas Party and official events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,226.95 - ₹25,559.09 per month

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
