ISIR.AI is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with 5-7 years of experience to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination of employee and office-related functions. This hybrid role involves managing internal workflows, maintaining employee support systems, and contributing to a professional work environment. The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day operations independently. Willingness to travel locally and within India for business coordination is required. Responsibilities: - Managing day-to-day office administration and routine operational tasks - Maintaining employee records, onboarding documentation, and leave tracking - Handling employee reimbursements, travel bookings, and expense submissions - Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and training sessions - Supporting internal communication, document handling, and HR coordination - Preparing internal reports, letters, and communications as needed - Overseeing logistics related to office supplies, subscriptions, and remote/hybrid support - Developing and maintaining rules and procedures for office access, safety, hygiene, and maintenance - Coordinating with service providers, vendors, consultants, and partners for support services - Organizing logistics for internal events, meetings, interviews, and travel plans - Ensuring confidentiality, professional conduct, and a well-organized administrative environment - Being available for local and domestic travel as required for coordination or meetings Required Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 5-7 years of proven experience in office administration or similar operational roles - Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently - Experience in handling HR coordination, office logistics, and vendor communication - Knowledge of basic expense tracking and invoice processing - Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment - Reliable, professional, and trustworthy with confidential information To Apply: Please apply using easy apply.,
