Role Overview: As a part of the International BPO office, you will be responsible for handling Banking and Telecom processes in an international voice process. Your primary task will be to interact with global clients, requiring excellent English communication skills. The job involves working 5 days a week, including rotational shifts which may also include night shifts. Cab facilities are provided by the company for your commute.
