Office Executive

Job Summary:

The Office Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse floor operations, focusing on inward and outward movement of goods. The role ensures accurate receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and coordination with transporters while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise inward (receiving) and outward (dispatch) warehouse activities
• Ensure accurate receiving of materials as per invoices, PO, and delivery challans
• Coordinate loading and unloading of goods with labour
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing materials
• Prepare and maintain GRN, dispatch documents, and inventory records
• Update inward and outward transactions in ERP/WMS systems
• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory counts and reconciliation
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and space utilisation in the warehouse
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs
• Coordinate with planning, production, and sales teams as required
• Handle issues related to delays, shortages, or damages
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the warehouse floor
