Office Executive / Office Boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Office Boy to manage basic office tasks along with outdoor work such as document deliveries, banking, and errands. The candidate should be able to understand basic English and write simple emails when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises
• Handle outdoor tasks like banking, courier, and client document delivery
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and basic admin tasks
• Help in organizing and setting up meeting rooms
• Distribute and collect documents and packages
• Maintain pantry items and office supplies
• Write and send simple emails when required
• Communicate basic messages as instructed
• Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

• Must understand and communicate in basic English
• Should be able to write simple emails
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Familiar with local routes and public transport
• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
• Travel Allowance: As applicable for outdoor work
