As an Front Office cum IT Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential in managing various administrative tasks efficiently. These tasks include procurement, office opening and closing procedures, system management, and email correspondence. - Procurement: - Regularly liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials. - Evaluate supplier options and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases. - Office Opening & Closing: - Responsible for opening and closing the office premises, ensuring security protocols are followed and all necessary tasks are completed. - System Management: - Oversee the maintenance and organization of office systems, including computer networks, telecommunications, and other technological infrastructure. - Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and coordinate with IT support when necessary. - Email Correspondence: - Manage and prioritize incoming emails, draft responses, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure that all correspondence is professional and timely. - General Administrative Support: - Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records. - Other Duties: - Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
