  • Administrative Support:Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory; handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls; maintaining records and files; and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Facility Management:Ensuring the office space is well-maintained, arranging for necessary repairs, and overseeing safety and security procedures.
  • Event Planning:Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other office events.
  • Financial Management:Processing invoices, managing budgets, and handling expense reports.
  • Supervisory/Team Support:Supervising administrative staff, providing guidance, and assisting with onboarding new employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
