Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Administrative support: Answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries from clients and employees.
  • Document management: Filing, sorting, and retrieving documents; maintaining filing and database systems.
  • Data entry and record keeping: Entering data into computers and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Correspondence and mail: Preparing and sending outgoing mail, and sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Office supplies and equipment: Monitoring office supplies, ordering new stock when needed, and operating equipment like photocopiers and fax machines.
  • Scheduling: Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Financial tasks: Preparing bills and invoices, and potentially performing basic bookkeeping or tracking petty cash.
  • General assistance: Greeting visitors, making travel arrangements, and providing general support to staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
