Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation, customer engagement, and basic sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company’s products/services. Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact to convert prospects into customers. Maintain call records, update CRM, and report daily activity to the team lead. Achieve individual call and conversion targets as per company goals. Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and professionally. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is an advantage (freshers can also apply). Positive attitude, listening skills, and the ability to handle rejection.
