Job Description

The Office Boy will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations by maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling documents, and assisting staff in routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
Assist in handling incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, and deliveries.
Support staff in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, stationery, or other required items from nearby vendors.
Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Provide assistance in arranging and setting up meeting rooms before and after conferences.
Handle minor office-related tasks as assigned by the Admin/HR department.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior within the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
