**Position Title:** Peon / Support Staff
**Department:** School Administration
**Reporting To:** Principal / Admin Incharge
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, staffroom, office, and school premises
* Assist teachers and office staff in day-to-day work
* Deliver files, documents, and messages within the school
* Help in serving water, tea, and refreshments during meetings
* Manage opening and closing of classrooms and school gates
* Assist during school assemblies, events, and activities
* Maintain student discipline in corridors and during dispersal
* Provide support in shifting furniture or school materials
* Ensure proper care of school assets
* Guide visitors to the reception/office politely
* Any other duties assigned by the Head/Management
**Skills & Qualities Required:**
* Polite and respectful behavior
* Hardworking and punctual
* Ability to follow instructions
* Good communication and discipline
